- As E-Commerce system operational engineer, Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth running of the e-Commerce and Post-sales business systems. - Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently. - Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer solutions. - Create/track/close incidents or problem related to business systems using IT service management tools. - Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement. - Establish knowledge database, maintain and update technical support documentation.
