Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years' experience
- Qualifications: Relevant draughting qualification advantageous.
- Professional Registrations: Not required.
- Software: Microsoft Office (proficient in excel, word, outlook), Nesting Software (any but not critical), any 3D design package (AutoCAD and Inventor preferred).
- Proficient in English (Crucial) and Afrikaans (Ideal)
- Notice period: Not more than 1 month.
Responsibilities
- Reports to engineering/drawing office manager.
- Product development and design.
- Assist Engineers and Design Draughtsmen.
- Take on complete projects from start to finish.
- Maintain drawing packs, filing and administration.
- Issue drawings to factory.
- Assist production and repair departments as needed.
- Create nestings for plasma.
- Assist with day-to-day requirements.
