Technical Leadership/Support
- i. PARTICIPATE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
- ii. EXPOSURE on developing and maintaining technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals, with minimum guidance.
- ii. PREPARE technical and functional documentation, including configuration and report designs.
Team Management
- i. ABLE to perform as junior role in the team within the assigned discipline, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of team objectives.
- ii. PARTICIPATE in mentorship and technical discussion, and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
- iii. PARTICIPATE in regular performance reviews with TM, able to contribute in individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
