Job Description

Technical Leadership/Support

  1. i. PARTICIPATE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
  2. ii. EXPOSURE on developing and maintaining technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals, with minimum guidance.
  3. ii. PREPARE technical and functional documentation, including configuration and report designs.

Team Management

  1. i. ABLE to perform as junior role in the team within the assigned discipline, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of team objectives.
  2. ii. PARTICIPATE in mentorship and technical discussion, and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
  3. iii. PARTICIPATE in regular performance reviews with TM, able to contribute in individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
