You will be involved in activities across all stages of the project including inter alia the following:



Project Management

  • Project scheduling 
  • Design process management / coordination
  • Managing the process of obtaining necessary formal-legal and administrative decisions
  • Managing General Contractor’s tender process and recommendation
  • General Contractor’s contract negotiations
  • Managing / monitoring the construction process
  • Preparation of monthly progress reports
  • Managing testing and commissioning process
  • Managing the process of handover defects removal
  • Preparation of technical due diligence reports, bank monitoring reports etc.

Cost Management

  • Calculations of investment budgets
  • Budget management, cost control, achievement of financial objectives
