Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit‑out and joinery projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform quantity take‑offs from drawings and project documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and maintain updated pricing databases.
- Support the Estimation Manager / Senior Estimator in tender submissions and bid preparations.
- Analyze project scope and identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.
- Assist in preparing material quantities, labor costs, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Maintain estimation records, tender logs, and project cost data.
