Job Description

Duties

:
  • Assist in the day to day commercial and contract activities of a project lifecycle and gain experience and proficiencies in the following tasks:

  • Pre-contract Commencement Meeting with the Project Team.

  • Generate Project Budgets.

  • Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract Programme for issuing to the Employers Quantity Surveyor.

  • Re measure packages as required to identify any quantity errors over/under measure and to process Tender enquiries accurately and to mitigate contract Risks.

  • Prepare Tender enquiry packages liaising with the Contracts Manager.

  • Create and use Procurement tracker.

  • Complete Subcontract Package tender analysis

  • Attend pre-appointment subcontractor meeting to ensure scope is clearly defined & appoint subcontractor in line with Companies subcontract terms and in line with the main contract conditions.
