Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics and import activities
- Align processes with suppliers, foreign agents, and customs brokers
- Provide clear and efficient support to customers, issuing quotations and shipping documents
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Complete and manage spreadsheets, reports, and operational documents accurately
- Monitor performance indicators related to import operations
