Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Drafting and posting vacancy advertisements
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Screening CVs and managing the recruitment mailbox
  • Conducting HR screening processes
  • Capturing CVs on recruitment platform
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview / recruitment logistics
  • Attending interviews, where required
  • Conducting reference checks and background verifications
  • Prepare recruitment packs and appointment documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Prepare and distribute welcome mailers.
  • Capture new employees on SCubed.
  • Coordinate induction arrangements, meals and onboarding schedules.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and recruitment reporting.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company procedures, governance standards and selection requirements.
