Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware faults across desktops, laptops, network, printers, and peripherals.
  • Provide 1st line IT support to internal users and manage 2nd line support in event of escalation.
  • Manage hardware purchases for the firm.
  • Manage Microsoft tenant, including user accounts, licenses, Microsoft 365 administration, and other software licensing for the firm.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with IT contractors as 2nd line support whom we outsource for hardware, programming, and licenses.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of internal applications as a secondary function.

Qualifications

  • Any experience with a programming language will be a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrates active use of AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solving in daily tasks.
