About the Job
As the IT Service Management Coordinator you, together with the team, will act as a Center of Excellence providing services to several departments, as well as being in charge of overviewing technical services provided for several business functions. The scope includes a variety of technologies supporting: Data Solutions, Web Services Applications, Business Intelligence, Financial Solutions, Mortgage Solutions, Platform Services etc.
What You Do
- Assist the Service Management Team with several activities (e.g., monitoring, reporting, data processing, documentation maintenance etc).
- Provide insights to improve processes and AI/Automation solutions whilst also supporting the developing a variety of reports (e.g., Status Updates, IT Healthchecks, Process Summaries, Service Status Analytics).
- Help in maintaining relevant IT Service Documentation in Allianz Technology’s systems, e.g. Archer, ServiceNow, Sharepoints.
