REALITY: Yes, preparation is part of it — but so is timing, organization, supporting during service, maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring smooth workflow across stations.

REALITY: Resort kitchens operate at high volume. You assist in maintaining production flow. You respond quickly, stay structured and work under guidance from senior kitchen staff.
