Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Litigation Associate (2–4 years’ call) to join our growing Alberta team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a litigation practice within a well‑established insurance defence group while receiving hands‑on mentorship and increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and progressively managing litigated insurance defence files through all stages of litigation, with increasing autonomy under the guidance and mentorship of senior counsel
• Assisting with and, as experience permits, conducting questionings, mediations, and chambers applications
• Contributing to the strategic management of complex and high‑profile matters
• Maintaining strong client service standards, including timely reporting and file management
