Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Junior Maintenance Technician to join a Cold Store facility based in Midrand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobile racking systems, general facility maintenance, and preferably a background in working with ammonia refrigeration systems in Cold Storage environment.
Key Skills
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mobile racking systems and warehouse storage equipment.

Carry on preventative maintenance repair tasks across various facility systems, including:

Lighting

HVAC

Basic plumbing and electrical

General building upkeep

Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance issues to minimize operational disruptions

Maintain detailed records of maintenance work performed and report any recurring issues

Assist in the installation or modification of equipment and infrastructure
