Junior Manufacturing Operator

We are seeking a motivated Junior Manufacturing Operator to join our team and play a vital role in our production process. In this role, you will learn to operate various machinery and equipment used in the vinyl record production process. Your focus on quality and problem‑solving skills will help us maintain the highest production standards. As part of this role, you’ll work on a rotating shift basis, which provides exposure to different aspects of our production processes and supports work–life balance for many team members. Our shift schedule includes:

• Early Shift: 7 am – 3 pm 8 hours – Monday – Friday
• Late Shift: 2 pm – 10 pm 8 hours – Monday – Friday
• Night Shift: 9 pm – 6 am – Monday – Thursday 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
