Summary
To ensure that all operations activity is captured and measured to provide complete and accurate data. To work with other teams within the business to ensure that the data flow required is completed as expected, is accurate and is completed in a timely manner. Provide accurate and measurable KPI dashboards. Analyse data and indicate where opportunities for improvement arise. Main duties include (but not limited to):
