Job Description

​ **Role Overview**

+ Support daily PAP operations and transaction flow
+ Ensure execution aligns with SOP, timeline, and data accuracy
+ Handle communication with patients, doctors, pharmacies, and distributors
+ To maintain constant and direct communication with Program Manager.
+ Monitor patient schedule, escalate discrepancies and support issue resolution.
+ Respond promptly to queries
+ Verifies patient registration details
+ Verifies patient invoices/receipts
+ Verifies patient prescription
+ Follow up patient to check medication dispensing & receipts
+ Update and maintain internal databases
+ Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

+ **Education:** Preferably health-related (Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health), open to others with relevant experience
+ **Experience:** Fresh graduate or 0–2 years (healthcare ops, pharma support, customer service, admin)
