Job Description
- Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, under guidance from senior project leads.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, coordinate stakeholder communications and meeting logistics across operations and technology teams.
- Support requirements-gathering sessions and help validate deliverables against business needs.
- Assist QA teams with testing coordination and tracking.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and materials for governance meetings. Track project risks and issues, escalating promptly to senior leads.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between workstreams.
- Support financial tracking (budget vs. actuals) and resource planning under supervision.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline reporting, documentation, and forecasting tasks.
