Job Description
Nonconformance handling, including criteria establishment/review and containment of product or process for both.
CAPA handling, including issuance, progress monitoring, and closure of the report.
Process quality data mining & analysis.
Monthly product quality index report.
Customer complaint handling and 8D report writing.
Related documented information review or maintenance, including continuous improvement on the system & implementation.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent.
- Understanding of QMS ISO9001:2015, QMS IATF16949:2016, pFMEA & Control plan, nonconformance handling, Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) and Horizontal Deployment (HD) handling would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a team.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
