A well-known masterbatch/colourants and additives manufacturing company providing products to the plastics converting industry requires a quality control technician to conduct and communicate quality-control tests and/or inspections of samples supplied from the plastic manufacturing plant through to the laboratory ensuring that the finished product supplied meets customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a matric certificate, with maths.
• A diploma is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience having worked in a quality control position is preferred but not essential.
• The company is happy to train a sciences or related graduate into this role who has no work experience.
• Must have proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills.
