Responsibilities:
You lead innovation projects end-to-end – from the initial idea through to successful market launch
You develop holistic cleaning systems for the professional sector – covering hardware (e.g., trolleys, mop holders), materials, and processes
You drive technological innovation and create breakthroughs in ergonomics, sustainability, and efficiency
You collaborate closely and cross-functionally with marketing, production, and global stakeholders (e.g., supply chain)
You identify trends and customer needs at an early stage and translate them into future-ready solutions
You build a strong network and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions
