Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement

  • Involved in 360 full cycle recruitment

  • Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies

  • Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients

  • Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high‑calibre talent

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
