Junior Service Desk Analyst – Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join their team based in Slough, on a 12 Month FTC basis, with a view to extend.
The role is aimed at graduates that have graduated within the last 3 years. Junior Service Desk Analyst – Key Skills:
Experience of work on a Service Desk

Database management experience, particularly SQL Server

Customer-facing experience

IT qualifications, particularly in the Microsoft stack
