Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Coordinate – Supervise all food production activities and contribute creative input for promotions.
  • Maintain Quality & Efficiency – Ensure responsible purchasing, proper storage, portion control, and minimal waste.
  • Kitchen Operations & Equipment – Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and timely maintenance.
  • Team & Training – Foster strong relationships across departments and oversee staff training programs.
  • Financial & Compliance – Support kitchen financial management, drive HACCP standards, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
