Flex IT Support Engineer – Guadalajara, North Campus
Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that designs, builds, and delivers innovative products. The IT Support Engineer will provide support for Flex Enterprise Collaboration Technologies within the Americas during shift periods.
- Deliver ServiceNow L2 support and manage collaborative ServiceNow operations.
- Provide collaboration support and project execution for automation processes.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Customer focus and willingness to schedule support availability.
- Knowledge of scripting, database, and development is a plus.
