Job Description

As an administrative assistant you'll be responsible for:


  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team and assist with ongoing operational activities.

  • Process incoming notifications and prepare the necessary follow‑up documentation.

  • Coordinate actions with external partners, public bodies and clients to keep procedures progressing efficiently.

  • Handle document management: preparation, formatting, translations, and organising supporting materials.

  • Keep internal databases up to date, track deadlines, and ensure timely renewals of relevant files.

  • Support the organisation of internal and external sessions, briefings, or training activities.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to maintain smooth internal communication.



  • Bachelor in administration, office management, languages, communication or any related field
