Junior Technical Solutions Consultant (Remote Support) - Remote
This role is structured as a hybrid position, requiring an average of 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.
Responsibilities
Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) for internal and external customers and end‐users.
Respond to service, product, technical, and customer‐relations inquiries regarding features, specifications, repairs, and product options based on entitlement (warranty or mission‐critical).
Troubleshoot problems via telephone and e‐support.
Document case summaries and resolutions in the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
Proactively assist customers to prevent or reduce problem occurrence.
Represent HPE at client visits, industry conferences, trade shows, vendor meetings, etc.
Engage team members for support so that internal or external business and end‐user SLA demands are met.
Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit team.
