Responsibilities
- Manage complex technical integrations (including integration with client APIs).
- Support the team on tickets that require custom configurations and specific permissions, such as file processing and automation tasks.
- Fetch data from our APIs to build custom reports for clients and internal needs.
- Constantly challenge the status quo to devise solutions that enhance daily work.
- Assist in building web applications and tools to support and improve the work of all teams in the company.
