As a Junior Technical Engineer, you will support the Technical Engineering team in delivering high?quality technical solutions and services. Under the guidance of the Team Leader and senior team members, you will assist with incident management, troubleshooting, installations, and documentation. This is a development role designed to build your technical skills and industry knowledge, with a focus on learning, teamwork, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing incident and project queues, escalating issues as required.
- Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operational issues on Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV systems under supervision.
