Our client a leading vineyard operation in Darling is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Viticulturist to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for vineyards, strong organisational ability, and excellent administrative skills to support day-to-day viticultural operations.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys a balance between hands-on vineyard work, data management, compliance, reporting and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily vineyard monitoring and management activities
Support vineyard programmes including pruning, canopy management, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease monitoring, and harvest preparation
Collect and maintain accurate vineyard records and production data
Manage administration related to vineyard activities, including:
Farm records
Spray records
Irrigation schedules
Labour records
