Job Description


  • Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of customer reports, dashboards and performance analyses to support business reviews;

  • Track monthly sales performance, promo effectiveness, distribution gains and pricing execution; highlight risks and opportunities;

  • Manage customer master data, including item setup, listing forms, promo forms and internal and external systems;

  • Support annual and monthly business planning processes with scenario modelling, forecasts and profitability analysis;

  • Build insights-based recommendations through analysis of assortment, shelf data, share reports, in-outs and competitive activities;

  • Maintain and update trade term agreements, promo calendars and customer documentation, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines;

  • Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Finance, and Category teams to ensure strong alignment and operational excellence;
