Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Liaises with counterparts in Europe offices to Sustain, Expand and Develop existing & new programs down to operational levels

  • Partner with and Support to internal teams, PD and production teams

  • Monitor, Motivate and Coach CS team to secure high customer service quality to our clients’ programs

  • Work closely with Garment Factories & handle Sales Complaints

  • Frequent travel to China Factory



    • Requirements




  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 4-5 years trims and packaging working experience

  • Relevant Experience in Printing products & Woven labels is an advantage

  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and presentation are required

  • Outgoing, Self-Motivated and Aggressive Personality is a MUST
