Job Description

We are looking for a resultsdriven Key Account Executive with a strong background in the HORECA (Hotels Restaurants and Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts maintaining strong relationships identifying new business opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience in food service sales understanding chefs requirements and working with hospitality professionals is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients including hotels restaurants catering companies and institutional buyers.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through upselling crossselling and introducing new product lines to existing accounts.
  • Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients handling inquiries feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
