What You'll Do
- Manage and grow key accounts to meet targets
- Develop and implement annual account plans and forecasts
- Expand business within existing accounts
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations and tenders
- Track market trends, competitors and pricing movements
- Coordinate product trials, samples, and presentations
- Ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
- Maintain CRM, pipeline and monthly sales reports
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collection
