A well-established and growing logistics business is seeking a Key Accounts Controller to support the servicing and administration of key client accounts within a fast-paced operational environment.

This role is best suited to an individual with hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution , who understands the importance of accuracy, responsiveness, and structured processes in delivering consistent customer service.

Role Overview

You will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development function by managing day-to-day client interactions, coordinating quote preparation, and maintaining accurate account records .

This is a process-driven, operational support role , requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
