Key Responsibilities and Duties



Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; cleaning work areas, equipment, floors, and removing garbage.



Food Preparation: Assisting cooks by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits and vegetables.



Inventory & Stocking: Unloading food deliveries and organizing storage areas, freezers, and refrigerators.



Kitchen Support: Operating kitchen equipment and assisting with plating or packing food.



Safety Compliance: Following food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
