- Prepare ingredients (e.g. marinating chicken, cutting, portioning)
- Prepare sauces (e.g. soy garlic, spicy gochujang, honey butter) according to recipe
- Coat and batter chicken before frying
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in deep frying chicken using standard procedures
- Monitor cooking time, oil temperature, and food quality
- Assembling orders (e.g. packing chicken, adding sides like fries or pickles)
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area (workstations, utensils, equipment)
- Wash dishes, trays, and cooking equipment
- Refill ingredients and ensure stock is readily available during operations
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
