RESPONSIBLE TO: Head Chef / Sous Chef

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The cleaning of equipment, crockery and cutlery and the maintenance of a clean environment for the production of the food in accordance with good hygiene and health & safety practices.
