Responsibilities
- Wash all soil dishes in the dishwashing area.
- Supply clean plates for operational use.
- Maintain the dish machine and pot washing machine in clean and polished condition.
- Clear all waste items from the kitchen area.
- Assist the floor steward in inventory, pick‑up stock, and re‑arranging chinaware.
- Clean kitchen and stewarding equipment.
- Perform weekly outlet cleaning as scheduled by the superior.
- Soak items as scheduled by the superior.
- Report breakages and incidents that occur in the kitchen to the superior.
- Report any machine breakdown or fault for rectification work to the superior.
- Carry out daily assignments required during operation hours.
- Record any breakages in the breakages book if they occur in the outlet.
