Kitchen Steward & Dishwashing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Wash all soil dishes in the dishwashing area.
• Supply clean plates for operational use.
• Maintain the dish machine and pot washing machine in clean and polished condition.
• Clear all waste items from the kitchen area.
• Assist the floor steward in inventory, pick‑up stock, and re‑arranging chinaware.
• Clean kitchen and stewarding equipment.
• Perform weekly outlet cleaning as scheduled by the superior.
• Soak items as scheduled by the superior.
• Report breakages and incidents that occur in the kitchen to the superior.
• Report any machine breakdown or fault for rectification work to the superior.
• Carry out daily assignments required during operation hours.
• Record any breakages in the breakages book if they occur in the outlet.
