About the role:

  • This is a permanent Part Time role (PPT24 minimum 24 hours per week guaranteed, maximum hours 38 per week)
  • Ensuring a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times. 
  • Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment
  • Recycling and removal of rubbish
  • Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required
  • Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
  • Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
  • Work on a rotation roster, including AM, PM shifts on a 7 day rotation roster, including weekends and public holidays.
