Job Description
I am responsible for all aspects of the kitchen while supervising and must ensure that all dishes served meet the quality standards. With my experience, I inspire my team to follow company standards at all times. Hygiene and sanitation management, organization, food quality, and team development are fundamental aspects of my job.
My Main Duties
- Ensure that food quality and production standards are met.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the kitchen and actively participate where needed.
- Be proactive in food safety by promoting and maintaining good practices, ensuring the use of checklists and monitoring food temperature and storage areas.
- Rotate inventory and conduct food inventory according to company standards.
- Ensure adherence to recipes and waste management.
- Ensure the health and safety of kitchen employees by training employees.
- Ensure the cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment.
