Job Description

I am responsible for all aspects of the kitchen while supervising and must ensure that all dishes served meet the quality standards. With my experience, I inspire my team to follow company standards at all times. Hygiene and sanitation management, organization, food quality, and team development are fundamental aspects of my job.

My Main Duties

  1. Ensure that food quality and production standards are met.
  2. Ensure the smooth functioning of the kitchen and actively participate where needed.
  3. Be proactive in food safety by promoting and maintaining good practices, ensuring the use of checklists and monitoring food temperature and storage areas.
  4. Rotate inventory and conduct food inventory according to company standards.
  5. Ensure adherence to recipes and waste management.
  6. Ensure the health and safety of kitchen employees by training employees.
  7. Ensure the cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment.
