Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Knowledge Development Lawyer to support their Commercial Disputes Group in London. The role focuses on capturing, developing and embedding legal and procedural knowledge, best practice and effective processes within the team and where appropriate, across the wider firm.
You will work closely with Commercial Disputes Lawyers, the Knowledge team, Compliance, Costs & Funding and Business Services colleagues firm-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and sharing key legal and procedural developments relevant to Commercial Disputes, providing practical insight and context
Leading the creation, management and development of legal know-how for the Commercial Disputes Group, supervising junior colleagues as required
Collaborating with the Knowledge team and wider firm to optimise knowledge sharing
Supporting and leading thought leadership initiatives, including articles, webinars and podcasts
