Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and list potential KOLs and Affiliates for campaigns.
  • Manage and execute campaigns with KOLs and Affiliates, focusing on platforms such as TikTok.
  • Perform daily quality checks on Affiliate videos to ensure they meet brand standards.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs and Affiliates.
  • Track KOL and Affiliate performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign results.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights based on key metrics such as engagement and conversions.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to create content that aligns with the brand’s goals and target audience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in KOL/Affiliate management or influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is required (Chinese is a plus)...
