Job Description

Job Summary

  • Represent the Alight Brand in a positive and pleasant way to clients, employees, and guests.
  • Maintain Reception desk at office. 
  • Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.
  • Communicate with external contractors and vendors concerning facility needs.
  • Handle General Accounting Tasks and Office Duties
  • Assist in ensuring security practices are followed in Poland location.
  • Identifies opportunities for optimization and operationalizes processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs.
  • Collaborates with Third-Party Security, Data Privacy, Finance, Legal, HR and business leaders to define and/or streamline processes where dependencies exist with Real Estate Team
  • Oversee building installments and/or refurbishments.
