Job Summary

A senior client-facing role requiring strong KYC domain expertise and technology background. The individual will act as the onsite representative for the technology team, working closely with business and IT stakeholders, driving BAU coordination, managing escalations, and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and offshore technology teams
Manage BAU activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
Engage with senior stakeholders for updates, discussions, and alignment
Handle escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution
