Key Responsibilities- Develop UAT strategies test plans test cases and scenario designs aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Conduct comprehensive end to end testing across user journeys including onboarding maintenance updates and periodic reviews
- Review and interpret Business Requirement Documents BRDs and Functional Specification Documents FSDs
- Manage UAT execution cycles monitor progress track defects assess impacts and ensure timely closure
- Identify opportunities for process improvements testing efficiencies and enhancements to KYC controls
- 8-10 years of experience in UAT testing business analysis or KYC CLM operations
- Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management processes
- Excellent analytical documentation stakeholder communication problem solving skills
