Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • 24X7 availability for team and client.

  • Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools, Ticketing tools – BMC etc, Mobile Apps, Unix/Linux/VMware

  • Responsible for meeting the response and resolution SLA for all the incidents/SR
  • Skills & Abilities


    2-4 years experience in following


    1. Working experience in Linux environment (Sun, RHEL OS)


    2. Mobile Apps support.


    3. Application Server ( e.g. Tomcat, Apache etc)


    4. Scripting languages (e.g. Unix shell scripting, Perl).


    5. Writing SQL queries and understanding of RDBMS (e.g. Oralce, Postgres, Mysql)


    6. Tcpdump, application and network troubleshooting.
