Job Description
As a Mid-level L1 Network Support & Monitoring professional, you will provide first‑line support for the client’s network operations. You will monitor network devices, manage incident queues, and deliver essential troubleshooting to maintain continuous network availability.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Network monitoring & first‑level troubleshooting: Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers; detect performance issues and perform initial troubleshooting. Maintain the incident queue, taking ownership or distributing tickets for timely resolution.
- Shift duties & operational support: Participate in shift rotations, including weekends, to provide 24×7 coverage. Provide recurring support for end‑user workstations, telephony, and software. Perform break‑fix on printing, scanning, server, and desktop hardware.
