Report to: Support Manager

Objective

Attend and resolve first‑level incidents, complying with the service requirements to achieve SLA’s.

Profile

  • Engineering in Electronics, Systems, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in support roles for service companies in the Telecommunications or Software sector.
  • Experience and technical knowledge in configuration and patch implementation.
  • Experience in customer service on high availability platforms.
  • Experience in using Service Desk/Ticket Management tools.
  • Experience with Linux and Unix operating systems.
  • Knowledge of JAVA applications, SQL and Oracle database.
  • Knowledge of communications protocols and networking protocols.
