Job Description
Monthly Salary: Up to $4,200 + Shift Allowance
Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift (8pm–8am or 8am–8pm)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Responsibilities- Provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12 hours shift
- Assist the Customer in verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged
- Resolve the incident/problem onsite
- Escalate unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and report the escalation to the Project Manager
- Generate the relevant administrative records and reports
- Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing environments
- Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting
- Answer technical queries
