Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via calls, emails, and tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate internet/network issues.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years ISP/NOC experience.
  • Fresh CCNA candidates may apply.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Telecom (or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, VLANs, BGP/OSPF).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
